1st Trip to the Dentist

Kylie did really well for her first trip to the dentist. She even let the hygentist clean her teeth!

Sorry I haven't updated the blog in a while. Now that we're settled into the house I'm going to try and get back into the swing of things. We had a nice 4th of July out at the lake. I saw this fireworks headband at Kohl's and had to get it for Kylie :>

The Little Gym

Kylie graduated from her class at The Little Gym. She was real proud of the medal she received. She wore it for two days after the ceremony everywhere we went. Here are some action shots.

Monkey Joe's

Strawberry Patch

Kylie enjoyed picking strawberries at Sease Farms. It is all she talked about for the rest of the day! I think this will definately be a yearly trip.

Baby Tay came to join the fun towards the end of the trip.

Belated Easter

Kylie was sick with a double ear infection on Easter so we were unable to go to church. She finally got to wear her Easter dress last Sunday. Here she is giving the camera a little attitude.

Our Little Princess

Kylie loves her princess nightgown. She wanted to wear it with her fairy wings I got her at TJ Maxx and carry around her magic wand. Too funny!

Monkey Business

Monkey Business is a great place. It has rides, inflatable jumping castles, and a big slide to slide down. The best part is the stuff is big enough for adults to get on but small enough to where the kids still feel safe. Kylie has a great time and here are a couple of videos Daddy took during his most recent trip with her.

Walking on a balance beam...

Since we've been back in SC (for 2 months now...wow...time flies), Kylie and I have been going to the Little Gym every Thursday. It teaches the kids beginning gymnastics and physical coordination. One skill Kylie has really picked up is the balance beam, a skill she gladfully showed off today at the park. It was a beautiful day today with very sunny skies and temps around 78 degrees.

Passion Play Animals

We took Kylie to see the Passion Play at Lexington Baptist Church. They had a special show for the kids. They let you pet the animals before and after the show.

We're Back In SC!

We have moved back to Lexington, SC! We're so happy to be home :> Chris was able to find a job in the same field as the one he was doing in KY but here ! Please pray that our house sells back in Kentucky! In the mean time, we are living with my mom and dad.

I'm sorry I haven't updated the blog lately. It's been kind of crazy trying to get some of our stuff from KY to my parent's house. I'll update as soon as I can! I just wanted to share the good news!

More Snow

We ended up with a total of around 8 inches of snow. Chris had to shovel our driveway for the first time. It took him about an hour and a half and he said it was quite the work out. I tried to take some pictures that show you how much snow we have now versus the last post but I'm not real sure if you'll be able to tell the difference.

Snow Days

We got around 5 inches of snow today and Kylie loved playing in it. The snow was nice and fluffy and the wind was not blowing so it wasn't too cold out. Later we made snow ice cream which Kylie also loved.
